What is your makeup class policy, and how do I book one?
All absences will generate a makeup token that can be redeemed in an open class, or pre-determined makeup class. Please notify our office as soon as you know that your child will absent in order for your token to be made available to you. You can redeem your tokens through the customer portal at your convenience. There will be no limit to the number of makeups you can do per session, but all tokens will expire after 60 days of the absence, no exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend the makeup class you registered your child for, please cancel by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance of the start time to be eligible to reschedule your make up class.
NO SHOWS: Please note that we will not be able to reschedule make ups due to a no show.
*Please notify our office within 24 hours of an expected absence (ex. vacation or traveling) so that we may offer your spot to another students token.
*Missed classes will not be prorated or refunded.

What should my gymnast wear to class?
*All Wee, One, and Two Peas toddlers and their caregivers should wear comfortable attire for the best experience in class as you will both be on the move! Barefoot or grippy socks are safest :)
*All Three and Four Peas gymnasts should wear a leotard or form-fitting athletic attire for the best experience in class. Remember, skirts and capes can make it difficult for our coaches to spot their athletes for their skills! Barefoot or grippy socks are safest :)
*All gymnasts and tumblers ages 5+ should wear a leotard or form-fitting athletic attire for the best experience in class. Baggy clothes and sports bra tops make it difficult for our coaches to spot their athletes for their skills!
*Remember to have your gymnast wear their hair tied back and take off their jewelry before class begins!
