WHAT IS GROUP PERFORMANCE TEAM?
Group performance is a non-competitive team-based program for students ages 6+. Athletes of all skill levels come together to perform a themed routine that showcases their individual strengths. Performances include the use of props, costumes, music, and gymnastics equipment to elevate the routine. Each class also includes a Tumbling lesson.
Performances:
- Students learn a new routine every three months.
- The group performs a 2-3 minute segment of the routine which is then performed at each seasonal showcase, as well as during the BSGA home meet.
- Performances consist of dance skills, acro, tumbling, and partner stunts.
- They incorporate props and costumes to enhance the performance.
Commitment:
- SESSION 8-10 | Spring Showcase performance
- SESSION 11-12 | Summer Showcase performance.
